Session property panel
The right-hand panel for a single session — schedule, agenda, prep, guide, and roles, plus a Preview button.
The Session property panel contains settings for an individual session.
Open it by clicking any session on the Playbook Studio canvas. To edit settings that apply to the entire template, use the Playbook property panel.
Tabs
Schedule
Timing, duration, and scheduling information.
Agenda
Build the activities and flow for the session.
Prep
Define participant pre-work and preparation tasks.
Guide
Purpose, facilitation notes, and supporting materials.
Who
Participant roles and attendance expectations.
Preview
Use the Preview button in the panel header to see how the session will appear when delivered.
Preview is useful for reviewing the agenda, pre-work, and session framing before publishing.
Tips
Start with the purpose. Defining the outcome of a session usually makes the agenda much easier to design.
Use Preview before publishing. It's the fastest way to validate the participant experience.
Keep session roles simple. Most sessions can inherit the playbook-level defaults.
