Using AI generation
- Open the session's Prep tab.
- Start an AI generation.
- Choose a preset that best matches the session.
- Add optional context to guide the result.
- Review the generated tasks.
- Edit anything you want to change.
The more context you provide, the more relevant the output tends to be.

Choose the closest match and customise the result afterwards.
Tips
Set the session title first. AI works best when the session already has a clear name and purpose.
Use AI for the first draft. It's often faster to edit a generated flow than start from a blank page.
Add context. Even a short sentence can significantly improve the quality of the output.
