Integrations
Integrations roadmap
What's queued — the coming-soon integrations visible on the integrations page, grouped by category.
The Integrations page shows live integrations alongside coming-soon cards with disabled connect buttons. This page is the single look-up for what each of those cards represents and which category it belongs to.
Coming-soon means we're working on it, not that it ships next week. Clicking a coming-soon card in Gleo shows a "coming soon" toast and nothing more — don't plan around any specific date. Last reviewed: May 2026.
Scheduling
- Calendly — Calendly link generation for sessions, similar to today's Zoom-link flow. Useful for sessions where attendees self-schedule rather than having a fixed time.
Video conferencing
- Google Meet — Generate Meet links for sessions, parity with Zoom (which is shipped today).
- Microsoft Teams — Generate Teams links for sessions, parity with Zoom.
- Zoom Whiteboard — Embed Zoom Whiteboards as collaboration surfaces inside sessions, similar to today's Mural integration.
Collaboration
- Slack — Notifications and lightweight collaboration. Send session reminders, prep nudges, and post-session summaries into Slack channels.
- Miro — Collaborative canvas, the same shape as today's Mural integration.
- Figma — Design canvas embed, for sessions that involve walking through Figma frames.
Embedded documents
- Notion — Embed Notion pages and databases inside session prep and runtime tools.
- Google Docs / Slides / Sheets / Drive — Embed Google Workspace documents directly in prep and runtime tools.
Video media
- Loom — Embed Loom recordings as pre-work tasks (asynchronous walkthroughs participants watch before a session).
- Supercut — Auto-generate highlights from session recordings.
- Synthesia — Generate AI video for prep — turn a written briefing into a short narrated walkthrough.
- VEED — Lightweight video editing for session highlight reels.
Post-session intelligence
- Granola — Pull in transcripts from Granola-recorded calls and tie them back to the originating Gleo session.
- Fireflies — Pull in transcripts and AI summaries from Fireflies and tie them back to the originating Gleo session.
AI model providers (BYOK)
Bring-your-own-key support for the major model providers, so your AI-assisted prep and summarisation run against the model you prefer (and on the bill you control):
- OpenAI
- Anthropic Claude
- Google Gemini
- Mistral
Forge Canvas
- Forge Canvas — A visual workspace collaboration surface in Forge designed to sit alongside Gleo playbooks and absorb the kind of free-form thinking that doesn't belong inside a structured session. Part of the wider Forge platform; ties into Gleo via the existing Forge connection.
