Integrations

Integrations overview

How the integrations page works — categories, connect / disconnect mechanics, and what makes Forge and MCP special.

Integrations are how Gleo plugs into the rest of your stack. The page lives at Sidebar → Integrations (or /integrations). Each integration is a card you can connect, configure, and (for most) disconnect from one place. This page covers the mechanics; deep-dives for each individual integration follow.

How the page is organised

Cards are grouped into categories so the page is scannable rather than a long flat list. The categories you'll see on the live page:

Calendar

Two-way sync with the calendar provider you already use. Calendar.

Identity & Workspace

Forge powers sign-in, organisations, and the wider Beach toolkit. Forge — organisation sync.

Collaboration & Video

Mural for collaborative boards, Zoom for meeting links. Mural · Zoom.

CRM

Attio for company links, contact import, and programme data synced back to your CRM. Attio.

AI & Agents

Gleo MCP exposes Gleo to your AI assistants — Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT and more. Gleo MCP.

A separate set of coming-soon cards sits below the live integrations — see Roadmap for what's queued and the order it's likely to ship in.

Connect, configure, disconnect

The mechanics of each card are similar but not identical. Most live integrations follow this loop:

Step What happens Example
Connect OAuth handshake or a redirect to the provider's authorisation page. Calendar, Mural, Zoom
Configure One-time per-integration setup — choosing which calendars to surface, which boards to enable, etc. Calendar (pick which calendars to surface)
Use The integration appears in the relevant places across Gleo (session prep, agenda, planner, runtime tools). A Mural board embedded in a pre-work task
Disconnect Remove the integration from your Gleo account. All except Forge

Two integrations that don't follow the usual pattern

Forge. Forge sits at a different layer to the others — it owns identity and your customer workspace. You can connect Forge from the Integrations page, but you can't disconnect Forge from inside Gleo. To manage the Forge link itself, head to Forge directly. See Forge — organisation sync for the full story.

Gleo MCP. When you click the Gleo MCP card, the integrations grid is replaced by a dedicated MCP setup sub-page (token management, install instructions for Cursor / Claude / Other). Use the back action in the sub-page to return to the grid. See Gleo MCP.

Coming-soon cards

Integrations on the roadmap appear as cards with disabled connect buttons. Clicking one shows a "coming soon" toast — useful for confirming that the integration is on the radar, but not something to plan around. Don't promise customers a coming-soon integration will ship by a specific date. The single source of truth for status is Roadmap.

Walkthrough

For your first time on the page, do this loop:

  1. 1

    Open the page

Sidebar → Integrations. Read each category heading and scan the cards.

  2. 2

    Connect your Calendar

This is the highest-leverage one to do first — it lets you turn meetings already in your day into prep-equipped sessions in Gleo. See Calendar.

  3. 3

    Connect Forge

Even if you only belong to one workspace, connecting Forge unlocks the organisation switcher and Brand Centre. See Forge — organisation sync.

  4. 4

Connect anything else you actually use

Mural if your team uses Mural; Zoom if your sessions run on Zoom; Attio if you run engagements from a CRM; Gleo MCP if you want your AI assistants to work directly with playbooks and sessions.
